Queensland Anti-Discrimination Law Review (2022)
The Queensland Human Rights Commission accepted submissions about reviewing anti-discrimination laws in that state. Our submission called for the existing protected attribute ‘lawful sexual activity’ to be retained and strengthened. We also called for a new protected attribute ‘profession, trade or occupation’ be inserted into the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (QLD).
