Stage One Planning Changes 2022 Submission
Decriminalising Sex Work in Victoria: Stage One Regulatory Changes (March 2022)
The Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety is implementing various reforms and regulation changes to decriminalise sex work in Victoria. Our submission comments on the repeal of sex industry advertising regulations, new street sex work regulations, a reduction in sex industry licensing fees and significant changes to council planning schemes. Proposed new planning schemes will greatly expand the number of locations in which brothels can lawfully operate, as well as permitting home based sex work businesses.
