In the context of the sex industry, a term used by Victoria Police to refer to details taken from someone entering a licensed (legal) brothel. The field contact report is added to a police database known as the Law Enforcement Assistance Program (LEAP). This means any member of the public entering a licensed brothel can be fingerprinted and have their personal details added to a police database for no specific reason.
